Domestic Orders

 Juicy Secrets uses Australia Post Satchels for all domestic orders. We offer the following deals on shipping for online purchases:

• $13.95 standard delivery.
• $16.95 express delivery.

This service requires a signature upon delivery so please ensure that there will be someone available to accept and sign for the package at your designated address. Juicy Secrets does not accept responsibility for packages that are left unattended after delivery. In accordance with this service, tracking numbers are available upon request.  Standard delivery within Australia is up to 10 business days.

Should you choose your own courier you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Express Post delivery is available for Australian delivered orders within a certain network location.  Please click here to view the post codes that qualify for Express Post-delivery. If you live outside of the qualifying postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link.  

For Express Post delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm (AEST) on any business day (Monday- Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions. Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc. Please refer to the Australian Post website www.auspost.com.au for further details on Express Post delivery.

Juicy Secrets accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.  

Errors in shipping address made by the customer during the checkout process that result in failed delivery may be subject to a reshipment fee of $5 for domestic orders. 

 All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars, and ordered are charged in Australian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay. Orders paid via PayPal may be subject to exchange rates determined by PayPal.
